You have to observe and understand enough to get inspiration from!

Artist of UNSEEN 2.0 - Akshatha N | Painter / Sketcher

UNSEEN 2.0 is an unconventional form of exhibition which is a digital art exhibition curated by Platform For Artists . This enables artists across the country to participate, showcase their work and connect with like minded people. The entire idea is to broaden the scope of exposure which the artists would probably not get at an offline event. We have sixty diverse artists from across the country who are a part of this one of it's kind art exhibition.

Here is a set of questions team Platform For Artists asked Akshatha about her everyday routine, her art interests and more.

Tell us about yourself.

Akshata, like any unbound artist, draws her artistic inspiration from the hinterlands of imagination, and often finding her respite there. Her fascination with the wonders of the cosmos has transpired some of the artistic nuances that she hadn't explored earlier. However, her journey as an artist is also in a process of transformation as climate change, relentless consumerism has started to impact the planet in terrible ways. Today, her artwork depicts the tales of the effects of climate change, the importance of environment conservation among other things that matter to her the most. An architect by profession, her love for art has been a beautiful influence on her work of architecture too. She believes that colors when unraveled in ways that touch the deeper sanctums of the human psyche, can carve out an impact that would pave a way for a better world than that exist today.
